The long-pending demand of the department of primary and secondary education to merge the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) and Department of Pre-University Education under a single board will be fulfilled by December 2019. The single board will conduct both the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) II PUC examinations. According to information available from the department of primary and secondary education, Minister S Suresh Kumar is keen on considering the proposal, which he discussed at the review meeting he chaired. Officials present at the meeting told  DH that the 2020 final board examinations will be conducted under a single board. POST SEAT ALLOTMENT PROCEDURE – CHOICES BEFORE A CANDIDATE Choice 1: Satisfied with the allotted seat and candidate is willing to report to the allotted college, therefore candidate will not be considered for further allotment of seats in any  subsequent round for any discipline. Such candidates should pay the prescribed fees by downloading the allotted details in the Helpline Centres, obtain the admission order and report to the college and immediately login to their Option Entry Log-In-Id and report to KEA that they have joined the College. Further the College Authority will have to login to their College Login-ID and report that the respective candidate has joined the College. KSET 2019 Tentative schedule |Karnataka state eligibility test The Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) Center, University of Mysore, Mysore is a Nodal Agency recognized by the UGC, New Delhi for conducting the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) for lectureship/Assistant Professor since 2010 [No. F.7-1/2005(NET) dated 7th September 2010] to conduct one test . This center is re accreditated for third time on 2016 [No. F.7-16/2012(NET/SET) dated 14th September 2016] to conduct three tests from 2016 to 2018.
